Purpose

Leverage public and private sector resources to support emergency management in Southeast Louisiana and South Mississippi.

Goals

  • To streamline accurate information between public and private sectors
  • Share best practices and lessons learned
  • Promote organizations and businesses to build resilience into their continuity plans
  • Encourage businesses to register with the LA Business Emergency Operations Center (BEOC)

How to Participate

Anyone can participate in the Emergency Preparedness Public-Private Partnership. Our current participating members include: Emergency managers, GOHSEP, police, transportation and medical agencies, schools, chambers of commerce, economic development organizations, and faith-based organizations.
