Public Notice Notice is hereby given by the Regional Planning Commission (RPC) of Jefferson, Orleans, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Tammany Parishes, and Tangipahoa Parishes, RPC acting in its capacity as Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Urbanized Areas of Mandeville/Covington and Slidell in St. Tammany Parish, and Hammond/Ponchatoula in Tangipahoa Parish, in conjunction with local transit providers and the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD), is proposing its fiscal year (FY) 2026 program of projects for St. Tammany and Tangipahoa Parishes.
