RPC DBE Policy Update Available for Comment

The Regional Planning Commission hereby announces its updated DBE policy for  SFY2025-2028 re-establishing the DBE participation goal of 21% DBE participation for contract funds used for planning projects.  The proposed goals and rationale are available for inspection using the following link:

Comments on the DBE goal will be accepted 30 days from the date of this publication and can be sent to the following:
