Notice is hereby given that the Regional Planning Commission is requesting qualification statements from firms interested in submitting a proposals for the following projects:


Tulane Avenue (US 61) Corridor Enhancements
(Task S-2.16; FY-16 UPWP)

Scope of Work

The purpose of this study is to support the continued revitalization of the new medical district along Tulane Avenue and enhance public and private-sector investments taking place along the corridor. 

This is a non-negotiated, lump sum contract in the amount of $25,000. All interested firms are invited to submit their qualifications for undertaking the above study. A minimum DBE participation rate of 21% is required for this project.*

Submit your qualifications on Standard Form DOTD 24-102 on a CD as one PDF file AND one paper copy of your qualifications for each project. Instructions for filling out this form can be found here.. * The Regional Planning Commission participates in a Unified Certification Program (UCP), as required by 49 CFR Part 26.81. All DBEs wishing to be recognized by RPC must be registered members of the Louisiana UCP.

IN GENERAL, consultant selections are made at the first Regional Planning Commission (RPC) meeting that follows the submittal due date.  RPC selections are posted to the website following the meetings, which are held on the second Tuesday of each month.
