Notice is hereby given that the Regional Planning Commission is requesting qualification statements from firms interested in submitting a proposals for the following projects:



US 190 Roundabout Study (3 Locations)
(RPC Task SL-1.16; FY-16 UPWP)

Scope of Work

The purpose of this project is to conduct Roundabout Studies for the New Orleans Regional Planning Commission (RPC) for 3 locations along US 190 between LA 433 and Camp Villere in Slidell, LA.  

This is a non-negotiated, lump sum contract in the amount of $25,000. All interested firms are invited to submit their qualifications for undertaking the above study.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate sidewalk conditions and assess needed ADA improvements along the US 61 (Airline Highway) corridor in Laplace between LA 3188 (Belle Terre Blvd.) and the intersection with US 51, and recommend potential bicycle and pedestrian safety improvements at major intersection locations.

For Improved Bicycle, Pedestrian and Transit Use
RPC Task A-1.16: FY-16 UPWP

Scope of Work

The purpose of this study is to improve safety for non-motorized users of the St. Claude Bridge and approach roadways and to improve livability in surrounding neighborhoods. 

This is a non-negotiated, lump sum contract in the amount of $50,000. All interested firms are invited to submit their qualifications for undertaking the above study. A minimum DBE participation rate of 20% is required for this project.
