Notice is hereby given that the Regional Planning Commission is requesting qualification statements from firms interested in submitting a proposals for the following projects:



Stage 0 Feasibility
Traffic Signal Timing and Coordination Study
Veterans Boulevard Corridor
Jefferson Parish, LA
RPC Project VetCor1
State Project No. H.011849

Scope of Work

The purpose of this study is to develop and analyze traffic signal timing strategies to reduce delays, lower emissions, improve fuel consumption, and maximize the progressive movement of traffic through the Veterans Boulevard corridor.

This is a non-negotiated, lump sum contract in the amount of $185,000. All interested firms are invited to submit their qualifications for undertaking the above study. A minimum DBE participation rate of 21% is required for this project.

The purpose of this project is to conduct Roundabout Studies for the New Orleans Regional Planning Commission (RPC) for 3 locations along US 190 between LA 433 and Camp Villere in Slidell, LA.  

This is a non-negotiated, lump sum contract in the amount of $25,000. All interested firms are invited to submit their qualifications for undertaking the above study.

IN GENERAL, consultant selections are made at the first Regional Planning Commission (RPC) meeting that follows the submittal due date.  RPC selections are posted to the website following the meetings, which are held on the second Tuesday of each month.
