Notice is hereby given that the RPC is requesting proposals from firms for the following projects:

	Social Marketing and Media Campaign New Orleans Regional Bike/Pedestrian Safety Program (RPC Task No. NBP3-Media) Scope of Work The purpose of this project is to create a Community Based Social Marketing and Media Campaign targeted at improving bicycle and pedestrian safety in the New Orleans Region.. Submit your qualifications on Standard Form DOTD 24-102 on a CD as one PDF file (one CD for each project) OR alternatively, but not preferred, you may submit three paper copies of your qualifications for each project. Instructions for filling out this form can be found here. Qualifications must be submitted prior to the 12:00 noon deadline onThursday, FMarch 8, 2012 by hand or mail addressed as follows:
